They did a great job, but it seemed no better than I had experienced in previous years using online tax preparation sites. I thought that the fee was exorbitant even though I opted to do the city tax return myself rather than pay an extra $35.
Charged me 474 to file. Came here because I had a few more tax papers than years prior that I didn't want to deal with. Will never come here again. Do them yourself for 15$ at FreeTaxUSA or family owned establishment. What a rip off.

Been doing my taxes here for 16 years and won't even think about another year! They lost my original w2s. They got paid to file all my taxes but somehow forget my ionia county taxes!!! An now I'm the one who's out more time an money so it can be done. If I wanted to have the messed up I would of done them my damn self!!!
