I’m not really sure what happened to this place. I’ve been going here for a while. I went in to hand off my taxes like I do normally. I had a very liberal woman at the front desk who didn’t want to allow me to do that. She told me that I could do it now. She brought out the two people that I could do it now with and I couldn’t understand either one of them they spoke broken in English and taxes are kind of an important thing you need to be able to understand everything that’s going on and I would imagine. Was taken full advantage of I needed to file for my 2021 tax rebate came in to this location with all the proper paperwork to have filed it myself mind you it was only 1 form 2 pages a basic 1040 form basic stuff this was my first visit to any kinda of tax office I was thinking it would be filed and processed by H&R block but instead I feel like a fool because this "tax pro" ended up pulling up the same form I had in my hand on his computer filled it in for me (mind you this took maybe 10 minutes from start to finishes with ... read more

They do our home taxes, they do my consulting business taxes and they now do my mothers taxes as I am now her POA. Professional, informative, human and communicative. I call them occasionally with questions about my consulting business (as this is my second year) and they either respond or always call back in a reasonable amount of time with an answer. I don't have any complaints but rather will say, they are doing their job and the numbers add up! I Trust, but I also verify.... that is the way!
