I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. I attempted to call multiple times to book over the phone, but no one answered. As a result, I booked an appointment online and arrived at the scheduled time. When I got there, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because the business was closed, despite the fact that the time slot had been available and confirmed online.
