Have been using H&R Block for several years and have always found them easy to work with. Our return is done right there as we sit with our preparer Jonn Looney. It is then filed by him and we are on our way. He also prepares our N.H. Int.and Div.tax forms. Easy-Peasy.
Very professional , the tax expert who helped me she was super knowledgeable and friendly and guided me in the areas I was confused about.
My taxes were initially filed incorrectly. When I brought this to their attention it took about a week for a response and I had to call the office multiple times. Once filed correctly, they tried to charge me again for a filing fee. They didn't talk with me personally when filing to help find any additional deductions I may have had. Extreme delay in communication and lack of attention to detail.
