I chose to use HRBLOCK because I had a complicated multi-state tax return and they advertised online real time help which couldn't have been farther from the truth! I submitted tax documents over 3 weeks prior to the deadline and they were not completed until the 14th. I submitted multiple messages to the "master tax expert" and received zero response. Have been using H&R Block for several years and have always found them easy to work with. Our return is done right there as we sit with our preparer Jonn Looney. It is then filed by him and we are on our way. He also prepares our N.H. Int.and Div.tax forms. Easy-Peasy.
Very professional , the tax expert who helped me she was super knowledgeable and friendly and guided me in the areas I was confused about.
