Theyre not very clear with their pricing. Was not expecting an increase of $60 in 2 years for the same filing. Process went smooth but it should not cost that much. I'll do it somewhere else from now on
Had our taxes done at this location last year. Thought it went smoothly like always until we received a letter saying we owed more money and are now being hit with late fees. After initial contact with H&R block back in October we couldn't get ahold of them. We finally got back in touch with them this week and are being told either the wrong field was filled out or now the story changed to a computer glitch but either way they are not responsible because we had to pay for the "peice of mind" in order for them to stand behind... read more
Pricey, but they know they're stuff. They aren't there to judge or push you into buying something you don't need. They are really there to help and look happy to do it. Definitely our favorite branch.
