Very unprofessional. They never answer their phones or their messages in the app. They are always late. I had an appointment that the tax person just didn’t show up to and when Lakeisha finally got back to me, offered no apology.
Bessy is the best! Patient, kind, and informative!

Marc Jacobson was very informative with the tax preparation process including deductions, etc. The process didn't take long at all.
