I had a scheduled appointment with Ms. Patsy Schubert. She was friendly and professional. She helped with a letter that I received from the IRS and fixing an error with my 2025 taxes. She also assisted me with my 2024 taxes. I appreciate her looking out for me based on my income and situation, knowing I had already filed online and was getting two years completed properly.
