My husband and I do our taces with Rebecca at the Dry Ridge KY office and to say shes awesome is the understatement of the year. Our state tax return was cut in half and in the middle of a busy tax she took the time to help us dispute it. We just heard they are sending us the rest. Rebecca should teach a master class in customer service.
The crew at the Dry Ridge, Ky location are awesome. They're extremely nice and helpful and filing my taxes with them is a breeze and stress free. It's a very enjoyable experience and I'll continue coming back year after year. Thanks Michelle and Jenn.
