Elaina was extremely rude from the moment I sat down at her desk, after waiting for 20 minutes! She could not provide any definitive answers to any of my tax filing questions and had a huge attitude with me, and then refused to file to my simple tax form with comical excuses! I’ve never in my life experienced a tax service this badly before. AVOID, she is unprofessional.
Really helpful with great customer service while getting me in and out.
My tax preparer (Anna Stepanova) was simply horrible. I had a very unpleasant experience with her during my tax preparation. She treated me like a criminal when I mentioned that I wanted to add an extra income that I had made selling a vehicle and last I checked if you want to declare any profits above $600 to the IRS on your income you can. I will never return to any H&R Block after my experience the past two days. I originally had an appointment with Dora Plotkina to file with my husband, we were rushed out and taxes were incomplete because they overbooked their times. She told us we would receive a call to come back, AND she kept all of my w2s and tax information. After six hours she finally called to try and rush us in right before closing, I refused and told her we would return the following day to finish up, which upset her because it was her day off. I’ve been filing taxes with H &R block for 20+ years in Orlando/Kissimeee and I’m fairly new out here and this location is a complete nightmare. Avoid this location at all costs. Save yourself tons of headaches, stress and money by doing so. The most incompetent staff and management. One was worse than the next. The front desk couldn’t even tell me what location she was in and she confirmed she was inside of the office not a call center.
