If I could give less than 1 star I would. Dropped off my taxes with my wife and was told everything would be taken care of, I messaged them multiple times over the course of the next month and they would never respond unless I repeatedly called and the prices just kept going up. When they finally had them “completed” they didn’t even have my wife’s information correct so they had to re-do everything. Was told that I would receive my return within 21 days.
