Had a nightmare experience with H&R team at Columbia Pike. my tax pro agent had limited knowledge, and I ended up spending more than four hours with her on the call to file my taxes and provide additional details on top of what I already provided a week before. This was not a good use of my time. The tax pro agent kept calling me Multiple times throughout the week to ask more and more questions that should have been asked upfront earlier and not on the last day of tax filing. They cancelled my appointment and refused to help me with taxes die to me havong my refund prepared somewhere else last year - isn’t it the place that should help me with taxes!??!!?!?
My taxes were completed and filled quickly and accurately. I plan to go back to Randa at H &R Block next year.
