Stay away from this location at all costs if you do not want your sensitive information to be shared with other customers who go in to file their taxes. My parents have been filing their taxes with Barbara Lybarger, and this year, something went wrong. Despite a joint filing with a $40-45k income, they ended up owing $6k. I have a regular full time job. Have a side gig(Uber). And a few stocks(small timer). Nothing complicated.I really don't see how they can charged $500.by far,the most expensive tax service I've ever used.
Very professional, addressed any questions or concerns I had, did my taxes in a timely manner, and I was satisfied overall with the service and my return
