They screwed my 2023 taxes. Have made several appointments after to try to fix. Then I find out my appointments are not even when the office is open! I have not received my full refund yet. Still waiting for a manager to call me. It’s been months!
They F'd up my taxes for 2023! I started my profile online before making my appointment. Somehow she changed my social, and it didn't get filed properly. I found out on my own, and my monthly payments for fed didn't start, then I get a notice that she set up payments for almost 3x what I agreed to! I was told an area manager would call me, that never happened! I made a phone appointment to get the filing issue resolved, but they didn't cal. I had to call them!
