I would not ever come back to h&r block. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Christine Louden or "Chris" and from the moment we sat at her desk she was very obviously irritated and extremely rude to us. She asked why we waited so long to make an appointment and when we explained we have four children She quite literally said that's no excuse and told us we were irresponsible. Any company who lets unprofessional people work and insult the customer, acting like it is their own private business, having no regret of behaving rudely and unprofessional, causing the client to have five appointments, laughing in their face about inconvenience, is in enough company, who I would not trust with my money or business!
