Because of our tax preparer, Patricia Gillis. She is one of the best. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
This tax preparer Lana KOROTICH was very nasty and actually said “thank you for wasting my time” because I didn’t file my taxes at the end. Not to mention she spent only 15-20mins with me didn’t offer ways to increase my tax return and continued to be super nasty. There was guy cussing out someone on the phone in the break room. I felt worse for him than the tax preparer that was extremely unprofessional.
Do not use H and R Block. 21 months I'm still trying to fix their mistakes on my Sons Taxes.so bad I wrote Headquarters a letter too about it. Never again.Dont go here especially with Holly or Patty. They don't know what their doing . 2 years 7 months on 2021 taxes of my Sons. And unfortunately he's no longer with me to receive his money.
