Preparer wasn't knowledgeable of credits I qualified for. I asked if their was tax credits available for me. He didn't even look to see. He inputted my information wrong and couldn't correct it because he had already electronically sent it. The price for the preparation does not equal the service given.
I've filed with H&R Block for the past 2 years. First time with Phyllis and in this location. She is very caring, honest and patient. Glad she handled my return.
Guy was nice but felt like i could had better results somewhere else.
