DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The gentleman I sat down with had the worst attitude towards me before I could even get a word out. I’ve never experienced such an awful interaction with another human being before in my life. This man should be fired cause clearly he doesn’t want to do his own job.
I wish I could give zero stars, but 1 was the lowest afforded. I did my taxes 5 weeks ago and was assured they were sent electronically. No refund and no evidence of them being filed, had to go in person again on the 15th for them to be filed. Had I not gone wouldn't have been done. I was assured by multiple people at the location they were done but weren't. what a horrible experience and would never recommend them. First and last experience.
Literally the worst tax experience in 20 years! Would not recommend to ANYONE!!! Im not normally a bad reviewer but this branch and its staff have gone above and beyond to make this experience hellishly inconvenient in order to delay my ability to hire someone else. 0/5 stars. Two in person visits, me doing my own accounting, literally having to do addition because my tax pro just flat out refused to use a calculator, multiple calls promised then ignored, basic internet illiteracy regarding PDFs, waiting 30min into my appoin... read more
