Great office. Betty was wonderful.
I scheduled an appointment online, had them call to clarify which time I submitted the same day, then the next day got a call 3 hours before my appointment telling me they were booked and cancelling. I get that I'm late to book but it shouldn't allow me to book if it isn't available, and also I shouldn't get a call from the office staff confirming the time only to cancel the next day.
Cathy is great. My husband and I use her every year and she goes out of her way to ensure we get the best outcome for us
