I came in here a few weeks ago to have someone help me do my taxes this year I’m too stressed to handle it all myself, and the lady helping me was trying to be sweet and nice but she never answered any of my questions and she filled out my tax form by herself with barely any information. Outstanding, kind, responsive, efficient and effective tax experience (again!) this year! 🫶 Until I learn how to do all this stuff on my own, H&R Block will be my go to.
