The tax preparer was not knowledgeable enough to completely assist my tax filing needs. I was forced to waste my time and money to find the information they should have known beforehand. I was also informed I was going to have to pay extra to fix this problem myself. The price was too high to file a simple return as well. I will NEVER use their services again.
This was our 4th year doing our taxes at H&R Block. Janelle has been our tax pro every year. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful and has gotten us back on track over the years. She also puts up with my goofy wife and always makes us feel welcome and informed.
