Not a good experience at this specific H&R Block location. I went with my girlfriend to file her taxes, and our experience was nothing short of a joke here. We had a 10 AM appointment on a Saturday (NOT a walk in) and we weren't even seen until 11 AM. We did not finish the taxes until after 12 PM, which I believe is an extremely long time for a simple W2 and 1099 form filing ONLY. Nothing else. The tax associate also kept getting up walking away and coming back during our appointment as well, perhaps not that experienced yet... read more
