I came in to file an amended tax return, and Penny was fantastic—she was both knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. My previous experiences with H&R Block had been disappointing, but this visit completely changed my perspective. I’ll definitely be returning here for all my future filings.
Please stay away from this place; they made a colossal error. I never received a sorry; the manager didn’t have anything to say because we had a documented email trail. I think the manager thought we were the typical type of individuals she works with from day to day and we didn’t have our ducks in a row. That wasn’t the case by any means.
