I visited today, for the fourth year in a row. I have been fortunate enough to have my same personal tax preparer for four years. The automated updated desktop system at which the customer can interact with at the preparer’s desk is an interactive and efficient. It is very much streamlined and flawless.
Called today to make an appointment and was told Donna no longer works there. I’ve been going to her for years! I don’t know anyone else there..
