Service was terrible, the lady really didn’t try to help and gave me slick remarks .
H&R Block on 5957 W Oakland Park Blvd. A young lady by the name HERMINE MCFARLANE did my taxes. She was outstanding and very professional. She explained everything very thoroughly so I could understand what she was saying. The young lady at the front desk was also amazing and there was a gentleman also that was there, who was amazing as well. I will go back next year. If you need your taxes done go to the office you won't be disappointed. Thank al 3 of the amazing H&R Block workers.
I would not continue with H&R Block. I had an emerald appointment. And I was denied because they said I or tax prep fee the fee was paid and my tax documents confirm that. Did a case through customer service the customer service reps also confirm that it was paid Manger said it was going to removed and it was not I was denied a second time.
