Scheduled an appointment to talk to a tax “professional” turns out these people aren’t very professional. I never received a call nor did I receive any notification to reschedule my appointment or that they would be late. Thank you, Michelle Henson and H&R Block for wasting my time.
This office and the staff are incredible!! Taxes are never fun to check off the list especially when you have a hyper 4 year old boy and sick infant with you. However, I was blown away by the compassion and professionalism here. Michelle Henson is now our go to lady for taxes. She was thorough, efficient, kind and most of all patient! My husband had to step out of the office to calm our baby and drive her around the block, while I sat inside.
