Don’t ever file your taxes here they will mess up your taxes and not fix it for you. I had a lady here at the prospect location mess up my taxes so bad they tried gaslighting me saying it was correct and that I owed thousands of dollars in taxes. Once I pointed out the discrepancy they issued me a refund and claimed they would fix it. A year later the state is still saying I owe money which I really don’t because H&R never fixed the issue and they refuse to fix it.
