Mandy was excellent. I originally did my taxes online with turbotax. They messed everything up and have never gotten back to me about fixing the problem. I went to H&R Block, and in 3 days they had it straightened out. Mandy explained what the problems were, and how she would look at my past returns to see if they were correct. I am exceedingly pleased with the service I received, and will be back next year. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service.
