Presented my 2023 return and essential 2024 info. I was only told what the fee was after they copied information that I provided. The fee was $700.00 for a simple return. I paid $250 for the same service the previous year. WHAT A RIPOFF!
We have used this H&R block location for over 20 years. Very professional and they do a great job.
They asked me to send them all documents for tax. After waiting almost two weeks, they said sorry we will not complete your tax. I don't understand why people give 5 stars.
