They asked me to send them all documents for tax. After waiting almost two weeks, they said sorry we will not complete your tax. I don't understand why people give 5 stars.
Keith Nelson was awesome and super patient with all my questions and got me my max refund and I feel great about choosing this location for my tax returns.
I dropped all of my information off 4 weeks prior to the tax deadline. I was told that it would take no longer than two weeks. With no response after three weeks I called and left multiple messages with no response. When someone did answer they said that they would look into it, but I never received a call back. I visited the office on multiple occasions and was told that Bryon would get back to me. Again no call back.
