I am very frustrated with this branch. They have had my tax materials for a month and a half and have done nothing with them. My husband and I have both called to see what’s going on and they say they need something from us. We provide it, nothing is done, and we receive no calls asking for anything else. I’m about to go pick up my stuff and not do business with H & R again.
