eventhough I ended up owing taxes. ERICA did her best to help me not pay the fees to file. she's done my taxes before and she's wonderful. very easy process! I highly suggest her. their fees are high. I normally file myself. this year I had to return to the office. Erica has done my taxes before. she really is great!
Still don't agree with figures on last year's return. Had one question about minimum withdrawals and she said it is not on my form. Spent nearly 300 dollars and was told that you couldn't claim if it was a paid tax preparer. Should have gone with H&R block software that I already had filled out on computer, but now I can't use or update to 2024 software, because it was not filled. Do not go to them, especially close to filling date.
I have been waiting for my refund from H&R Block since last 4 weeks. The taxes were not done accurately and updates were not even informed with proper details.
