Great all around experience!
Walked into the office to ask a simple question and Khristine was very rude. Laughed at me when I asked my question and talk to me like i was stupid. Would not recommend this office!
I came in with a simple question and was met with dismissive, rude behavior. I try to approach all people with respect, positivity, and understanding. I can not understand what I did to deserve that type of treatment. I understand the tax season can be busy but that doesn't warrant treating people me how I was treated today.
Khristine went above and beyond to help me in filing a complex amended return. Throughout the whole process she was extremely responsive and accommodating to my busy schedule. Khristine is extremely professional and attentive to detail. I would recommend her for all your business or personal tax needs.
