People are kind! But I was switched from tax professional three times before my taxes were actually completed. Had to email this place several times to find out the seasonal tax worker, I originally came into see didn’t file my taxes on time nor let me know I would be switched. Every-time I went I was told nothing was wrong with my taxes. Had to guide the first tax professional about military related tax info. But ended up having to pay at the end.
