Terrible experience. Made an appointment weeks in advance for 11am and was told they'd be right with me at 11:15am...waited until 11:45am and then someone else came in asking how much longer...meaning someone else was ahead of me still. Why schedule appointments, when you can't honor them and waste people's time? If you can't honor the appointment, alert the client, so they can plan accordingly. Really disappointing service.
Came in last second before tax day and Elena Vorobev was swamped with tons of other customers doing the same thing as me. A previous customer had been extremely rude to her and she held her composure to the highest professional level I have experienced and still got their taxes filed. They even left with a smile on their face and thanking her for her work as she juggled multiple customers.
