If i could give a zero i would. Went here for a new emerald card and walked out with nothing. I came in, an older lady peeped from her cubicle and went back in with acknowledgment. A male worker got done with his client came to the front and no acknowledgment either. I was waiting for over 30 mins with no help, not even a have you been helped?. Customer service is not something existent here.
My tax professional, Esther, was excellent to work with. She took over my account after I uploaded all of my documents had not heard from the person I used last year. She was easy to work with and I will continue to work with her again.

Worst business ever.. they offered me discount as a new customer.. then 1 week later took away discount. Charged me $340 to file. Said I would get penalized if I file extension. I will never be back to hrblock on severn. Ever.
