I won't be coming back to this business due to Ervin for how rude he was to me plus harassing me as I was working plus rescheduling me and calling me as I was working at my job and not responding once to my calls after a period of 3 days to the office in Centralia and grand mound I won't be coming back due to his attitude and explicit plus discriminatory remarks and hanging up on me more than once. Fire him because of his attitude and nonsense behavior I have never been so embarrassed thanks to him.
Head lady was a rude and condescending to my girlfriend we went in saterday and were charged $99 and brought all the paper work we were sent and there was one missing she said we can come in later this week and bring the paper and she'll just add it she didnt inform us prior she would charge us an extra $35
I m extremely disappointed with my experience at H&R Block. We had a scheduled appointment and still ended up sitting in the lobby for an entire hour without being helped. After waiting well past our appointment time, the employee who was supposed to assist us was still there but loudly announced that she was supposed to be done for the day.
