Unfortunately, it was a really bad experience. The fees are way too much! They wanted close to $500 in fees just to file. My taxes were not overly complicated either. The tax pro that I worked with didn't seem to understand some of the things I needed filed. I decided to pull out and go with a CPA. The fees were cheaper and things were done correctly. I would avoid H&R Block.
Ive used H&R block since 2018 for my small business but I now Will never come back. Massive inconvenience from start to finish. Tax account was not for me at all. im going to have to pay another accountant and a lawyer to look over everything because something is definitely not right. The numbers dont add up at all. Anne got my taxes done quick, and accurately.
I made an appt and was called the day of, on the last day to file my taxes and was told i cannot be seen. i asked to speak to a manager and was told the agent “had no idea where her manager was at the moment” and that she can take my number and see if a manager can call me. agent was very rude and unprofessional.
