For the most part great help and advice. Major downside is they surprise you with appointment bad news. If you have an appointment already and they don’t get things the way they like then they surprise you with telling you they booked someone in your place later. They don’t even leave you a message of details saying please call back or your slot will be replaced they just tell you only cause they couldn’t reach you they assumed you were not coming and don’t care some are juggling a lot.
