Dropped of w2s April 14, no communication, could not get a hold old anyone. App not working, kept making start the filling process over. Indpendence off closed, had to go to Erlanger office for them to tell me my paperwork is ready for final signature. I go and they’re having me sign my 2024 taxes. My 2024 taxes were done and paid last year. They told me they were not and I did not receive a refund and I needed to do my 2024 taxes before they could do my 2025 taxes.
