I’ve used H+ R Block for 2 years now. The preparers have found me refunds when I didn’t expect any. I also receive personalized attention which is a nice bonus!
Worst experience I have ever had. Was answering questions on her own without asking me. Even clicked on the "sign here" part on the tablet where i should of been signing. Manager seemed annoyed when contacting her, and even she didnt listen to everything and refiled again with out correcting issues. Thankfully this didnt go to the IRS right away or i would of had to amend my taxes. When I lived in another county, Virginia never verified then says "oh well its okay if you dont file its extra clicks and the city probably wont ... read more
They did a good job on my taxes, however followup questions were handled very poorly. Inaccurate information was given on two occasions. They responded without even looking at my information and their response was totally wrong.
