Worst experience I have ever had. Was answering questions on her own without asking me. Even clicked on the "sign here" part on the tablet where i should of been signing. Manager seemed annoyed when contacting her, and even she didnt listen to everything and refiled again with out correcting issues. Thankfully this didnt go to the IRS right away or i would of had to amend my taxes. They did a good job on my taxes, however followup questions were handled very poorly. Inaccurate information was given on two occasions. They responded without even looking at my information and their response was totally wrong.
Only leaving 1 star because 0 is not an option. $615 dollars...my tax lady did it for $160 last year and every year before...they had NO idea how to deal with a self employed person and when I called them for a quote they told me roughly $250, surprise! Also didn't get a paper copy until I made my husband go back and demand one...worst experience ever! I promise you...doing it on your own is easier than dealing with them. Hastings, MI location
