I moved from PA to NY and didn't have access to where I would have normally had my taxes done. Seeing H&R had high reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I would NOT recommend using their services. Not only did they have trouble because I had 2 states, but the refunds I received were far lower than the refunds I was told I would get. It's obvious that even with the programs they use, they aren't capable of filing things properly. I also paid over twice what I would have paid the company in PA!!!
Diane in Watkins Glen was amazing. She made doing taxes a lot less stressful. We hope to have her every time.
Poor customer service....too expensive. Not too informative ...
