My husband and I have been using H&R Block for very many years we go to the best of the best Miss Sharon Lewis and although we don't receive anything we seem to know every year for some reason she seems to be very knowledgeable but the problem is she was unavailable this year and we had to have another tax preparer when we came into the office and the Deptford New Jersey area, the lady had the music on and she had two phones in front of my husband and she wasn't as professional. Very easy process and friendly knowledgeable staff.
The people were very nice and helpful, but the pricing was a lot. I needed to get my taxes filed and done without any worries so I went ahead and paid. It was just a lot for it only taking a total on 5 minutes to file my return.
Maureen at the Deptford, NJ Field Office is the very best! Very personable, and has a deep knowledge that she smoothly shares and makes taxes being filed a pleasurable experience. I've gone to her for years and will continue to do so.
