One of the worst places I've ever been to. I always have done my taxes on my own without any issues. I came here once, and have had nothing but problems. IRS said my payment didn't go through. Had to do it on my own and pay a late fee. HR block was worthless and didn't even notify me that payment didn't go through. They just kept saying they accepted my returns. Then AZ department of revenue said my payment didn't go through, saying I wrote a bad check? I didn't write a check to anyone. They threatened a class 1 misdemeanor ... read more
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never had issues with h&r. Went this year thinking I’d have the same experience but it was the worst. The representative put in the payment information wrong so it did not go through. Was charged a late fee and had to figure out how to make the payment online. I went to h&r for the ease of not having to do my own taxes and they have done nothing but cause issues and stress beyond relief. I paid MORE money in taxes because of H&R Block. Avoid at all costs.
