Jackie was extremely unprofessional and went way above her position as a tax preparer. I had an extreme loss as a real estate agent in 2023. My expenses were more than my income. But called me to question how I supported my self. I told her it was none of her business. Because it’s NOT!!! Even tho I ALSO have a regular job!!!!
