I payed for my state return to be paper filed. The state never received it. I can’t get ahold of anyone at H&R Block to get this issue fixed. Now I have to file on my own. Ridiculous I had to pay so much money for this to be done just for me to have to do it myself. What a headache.
We're polite friendly and answered all questions or concerns I had did great job I will always come to HR Block to get my taxes done I left happy and satisfied thank yall so much
