I had a pleasure seeing Karissa Phillips! She was a joy and made the process so much easier! She handled several people in such a short amount of time!
I payed for my state return to be paper filed. The state never received it. I can’t get ahold of anyone at H&R Block to get this issue fixed. Now I have to file on my own. Ridiculous I had to pay so much money for this to be done just for me to have to do it myself. What a headache.
