I typically don’t go out of my way to write reviews but I knew this one was necessary. I unfortunately started my filing with Wanda from the H&R Block on Soundview, it was an absolute disaster. She didn’t thoroughly look through all my documents, blamed me for her incompetence and even somehow managed to add someone else’s tax documents(a random stranger) to my MyBlock account.
