I went to pick up paperwork on a day they were scheduled to be open from 10-4, and when I arrived at 3:45 the door was locked and all the lights were off. I called the day before and was told to come between 10 and 4 and left work as early as I could to get to the office. Hopefully tomorrow they are actually open during their scheduled hours
Frederick the front desk lady was not knowledgeable Frederick said that it was hung up nobody called and told us we had to call them over three times just to get an answer he couldn't tell us how long it will take for us to get our return back and the lady at the front desk lied to us will be calling corporate
Mr. Frederick Iannini is the person to go to for your tax questions and needs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I have no doubt that my taxes were done correctly. Depending on your situation, be prepared to pay $300-$400 for your taxes but it's done correctly.
I have used H&R block for years and they never disappoint! Ask for Fred, he's great!
