An agent at the South Tunnel location was supposed to file our taxes during a year of huge changes for my husband and I - this is why we hired him, as we couldn't figure out how to do them ourselves. He told us we were all set, but apparently they were never filed at all, and we didn't realize this until this reporting year. His office didn't have the time or authority to resubmit, so we had to go to Hendersonville Road to have them resubmitted, a year late. I thought $386.00 was very high to pay for short form. I got ripped off
I went in to sign some documents for my taxes. And they told me that the clerk that I was talking to over the phone yesterday. Didn't give me an appointment. Also, you can't use freedom of speech, They will threaten your First Amendment. There is nothing posted in the building about this.
