God-Awful experience. Donna Richards completely botched my taxes and was awful about it. I ended up having another agent finish them up and they still didn’t get filed. Now I owe more than $2K in penalties. Simply the worst experience I have ever had with a “professional” service. And just try and find some customer service to help sort anything out. Non existent.

The tax accountant was very friendly and knowledgeable gave me a great refund I recommend H&R Block to anyone who needs a tax done in a timely friendly manner in done correctly without any stress.
Last year 290 this year 415 to get my taxes done. I have the simplest return possible. Got charged fees that don't even apply to me. Bunch of crooks will never return
