When a client schedules an appointment and they select their filing type be up front about costs. Your pricing is deceiving and unclear. You use shady tactics to not make pricing clear until the client is sitting in your office. In fact none of my emails or booking info has pricing anywhere. Shady

We have used HR Block for several years and have always had a positive experience. Our tax pro, Michele is great. She knows what she is doing and makes us feel comfortable and confident with the results. We will continue to use her and H&R Block.
Taxes took even longer than ever before to receive not due to H&R , but other matters. Was told by employee I would receive interest from IRS due to the length of time it was taking, false. Was told a certain amount would come out of my taxes to pay for service and it seems that a bit more than I expected came out. Never had issues with H&R in the past, personally I'll rethink it next year. The price is terrible.
