Called in to ask if they could assist with a unique situation given I had lived outside the country for part of last year. The woman at reception put me on hold, I'm assuming to ask someone, and came back to confirm, and set up an appointment for the next day. Great! Uploaded all of my documents that night and went in for my appointment to be scoffed at by the staff there - "we don't know how to handle this".
