DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!! Having to take legal action this year against this branch. Dropped off tax info beginning of April. Was informed they would need to do an extension. Called in to check up in a week and everything was fine, was supposed to get a call from the tax pro and never did. Long story short, this is a franchised location/privately owned and H&R Block takes no responsibility for their branch. I am writing to express my frustration with this location. I booked an online appointment to have in person tax filing because I wanted to sit down with someone due to having a couple questions that I was hoping to get answered. I showed up at the time of my appointment and was greeted with confusion over the fact that I had an appointment and had made it online. It is taking forever for the pro to look at our return, they were quick to take our money but not quick to get it moving on, we moved here from wernersville pa and never had a problem with H&R Block there but now this is two years now that we have gotten our taxes done here and both years have nothing but problems both in the region at two different locations not happy at all.
DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OFFICE. I will never use HR Block again. They discovered they made a mistake on my return before they submitted it but never informed me. This resulted in me receiving a bill for penalties and late fees from the IRS. After 4 months of emails, calls, visits to another branch etc I still have not received satisfaction. Don’t ever try to resolve anything through corporate customer service. They just keep opening cases and nobody ever contacts you back.
