Despite numerous attempts to have my taxes filed in a timely manner, they were still only filed right at the April 15 deadline. That would have been fine even had they not filed my local taxes incorrectly. I just recieved a tax bill from the county to which I moved in late December due to H&R block filing my local taxes with BOTH the county to which I moved into and the county from which I moved. Horrible experience at this location. Total lack of communication and incorrect assumptions made by an agent.
First time filing taxes in-person. H&R Block is what my parents always use and I can see why. The tax pros are friendly and professional while making sure you understand what is going on. Will definitely continue to file using this firm.
My experience with Mr. Galan was very professional and courteous.
