Had my taxes done here in January. Problems again with my state tax refund. Trying to call seaford H&R Block to get information and only get automated answers. No receptionist, no call back & leave message & 5 hours later still no response. Had to call national line and get them to make an appointment for me to receive a callback. THEN, I SCHEDULED A CALLBACK APPOINTMENT & THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME..! UNACCEPTABLE...!!!!
The service was okay but the fee is ridiculous. I was charged $480 for your service. I will never recommend H&R Block to anyone.
