If there were zero stars to give, I would do so. Both ladies did not greet me or my wife upon walking in and just stared at us. I let them know my name and was arriving for my appointment. My booked tax preparer Theresa scolded me for not answering her phone calls to confirm my appointment upon walking in the door.
