You can wait and hour and half until the receptionist confirms what your appointment is for. Waste of my time to sit and wait. Suzette did call me back and help me same day and was helpful with my taxes.
Charged me $600. $210 for owning a small business and $190 for a “family”, having 1 child. $45 for receiving a child tax credit. Another $45 for a worked tax income credit.
